1. Single Return Condition: Manufacturing Defect

We do not accept returns or exchanges. only in the case where a manufacturing defect or an error on our part is detected by the buyer upon receipt of the product.

• What is covered: A major sewing problem, defective or frayed embroidery before use, damaged textile before delivery, or a personalization error compared to the text you validated when ordering.
• What is excluded: Returns are not not accepted for a change of mind, general dissatisfaction, a sizing error during your selection, or a spelling mistake made by the customer when entering their order.

2. Non-Refundable Products

Please note that All our products are strictly non-refundable..

In the event of a manufacturing defect duly validated by our team, we will not issue any monetary refunds. We are committed exclusively to replace the defective item by an identical and compliant product, or to proceed with its correction, entirely at our expense.

3. Procedure for Reporting a Defect

If you notice any problems with the delivery of your package, here are the steps to follow:

The care : We will analyze your request within 48 business hours. If the defect is confirmed, we will send you a prepaid return label to send the item back to us, and we will begin production of your replacement part as soon as possible.

The deadline: You have a maximum period of 14 days following the delivery date of your order to report the problem to us.

• A precise description of the defect observed.
• One or more clear and well-lit photos highlighting the manufacturing defect.
